3. Services Provided

Wakala Nami facilitates:

• Float exchange between Main and Small Agents
• Cash-in and cash-out services
• Real-time transaction assistance through nearby agents

4. User Responsibilities

Users and agents must:

• Provide accurate personal and business information
• Comply with all local laws and regulations
• Use the platform ethically and not engage in fraudulent activities

5. Wakala Nami Responsibilities

Wakala Nami commits to:

• Maintain a secure and reliable platform
• Facilitate communication between Main and Small Agents
• Provide support in case of issues or disputes

6. Payments & Transactions

All transactions are final once completed. Users are responsible for verifying transaction details before confirmation. Wakala Nami is not liable for losses due to incorrect input or unauthorized access to accounts.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Wakala Nami, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data for service delivery and legal compliance.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

Wakala Nami is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Users accept all risks associated with transactions on the platform.

9. Termination

Wakala Nami may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with regulations.
